About us

Her Health First Asia began in Pakistan at our Girls’ High School founded in 2000.

Over the years, we recognised that many of our students and women in nearby sewing centres faced serious challenges during menstruation: lack of sanitary products, poor hygiene, cultural silence and no private spaces.

Therefore, we expanded our mission to directly address these challenges. We provide menstrual products, health education and practical skills to help girls and women manage their periods safely and with dignity.

We dream of a world where every woman and girl can manage her health with dignity. We dream of a world where women and girls have access education without disruption and pursue meaningful opportunities for a better future.

Our work continues in the UK through health and cancer awareness sessions, expert-led talks and support for women in need.

Here, we want to help South Asian and diverse communities in the UK to learn about cancer and other health issues. Our goal is to make sure everyone has the information, support and care they need to stay healthy, get early screenings and make good health choices for themselves and their families.
