Our Mission

To empower underprivileged girls and women by providing safe menstrual products, essential health education, and practical skills that enhance dignity, health, and opportunity. Through training, awareness programs, and access to vocational education, we work to ensure that every woman can manage her health confidently and build a brighter, self-sufficient future.

What We Do?

We address the personal health needs of girls and women through:

1. Menstrual Product Support

We provide clean, safe, and hygienic menstrual products to schoolgirls and women who cannot afford them. This helps prevent infections, supports school attendance, and restores dignity.

2. Menstrual Health Education

Our team conducts workshops and outreach programs to raise awareness about menstrual health—breaking taboos, providing practical guidance, and creating safe spaces for open discussion.

3. Pad-Making Workshops

We teach girls and women how to make their own reusable pads using cotton and gauze. This affordable and hygienic alternative is essential for poor communities and empowers women with independence and control over their health.

4. Vocational Training Opportunities

We are proud to offer 25 places for Christian women to train as Government-certified Health Visitors and Midwives. These two-year programs provide a pathway to dignified employment and long-term financial security.

5Health & Cancer Awareness Programs

In the UK, we organise Cancer/Health awareness sessions covering women’s personal health, early detection, cancer awareness, and preventive care. By inviting experts and providing clear, accessible information, we help women understand their bodies, recognise warning signs, and provide essential resources including period products to those in need.
