Her Health First Asia is a project dedicated to raising awareness about cancer and women’s health, with a special focus on supporting women and girls in Pakistan.

In many communities, girls face significant challenges related to their personal health. Limited access to affordable period products, clean water, and sanitation means many girls miss school every month. ​Cultural taboos around menstruation also leave them without essential knowledge to care for themselves.

This project originated from our Community School initiative. Initially, our focus was on issues such as paying teachers, purchasing school supplies and covering regular school expenses. However, in 2019, we realised the need to do more for schoolgirls and women involved in our sewing projects.
